'Echos Beneath the Blue' is an original seascape painting by Melbourne artist, Sammy Ann. This artwork he ocean holds stories of journeys that have been unfolding for generations. It follows a pod of whales as they move through Australia’s coastal waters on their great migration. Their bodies glide through soft sage-green water, surrounded by gentle currents and the warmth of sunlight dancing across the surface above.Soft sage greens create a peaceful underwater world, punctuated by earthy browns and delicate touches of peach and pink.  This artwork is a reminder that the ocean is alive with stories we cannot always see or hear. A world moving beneath us, leaving only ripples, shadows and echoes behind.
